Philharmonic

New York in the summers are amazing! There are so many free events and all of them are just so much fun. Like this saturday I'm going to a free Bon Jovi concert in the park (even tho I know one song but whatever!) They are expecting 60,000 people (yikes).

Anyways, they also have philharmonic playing in the park. Tons of people bring there picnic baskets filled with food, wine, (yes we can drink in the park) cheese, friends and smiles to listen to great music. New Yorkers do it in style too, they go all out with there food and wine. Last year the group next to me had candles lite a electric fondue pot, I almost snuck over to there group.

It starts at 8pm but people get there at 6pm to get a good spot and start eating there dinner and it ends usually around 10 with some great fireworks.
