Filet Mignon Marinade Recipe

Saturday I cooked a feast!! Filet Mignon seasoned with red wine & vinager, sweet potato poon (yes its really called that) sauteed mushrooms and grilled onions. It was amazing! Ate on the terrace, couldnt ask for anything more.
Level of difficulty: EASY

Recipe for the marinade: so simple
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinager
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
Let the meat sit in for about 20min on each side. I put the steak on a frying pan without oil and poured the sauce in the pan to cook with it. Cook about 10-15min each side flipping it every 5 minutes.
Depending on how you like your steak cooked.
