Trader Johns?

So I'm going to trader joes in Union square and I see a new store opening up across the street. Trader Johns, what is that? Then a couple weeks go by and I read in the paper that Trader Joes is suing Trader Johns for infringements and the owner is saying that his name is John and he's a trader, loool.
